Order Acceptance and Cancellation

After receiving your order, we will send a confirmation email with details of the items purchased. A contract of sale is formed only upon sending this confirmation email.
You may cancel your order anytime before receiving the confirmation email by contacting our Customer Service at (TO BE PROVIDED).

Prices and Payment Terms

Pricing: All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Prices effective at the time of order placement will be reflected in your order confirmation. Additional taxes, shipping, and handling charges will be itemized during checkout and included in your confirmation email.
Payment: Payments must be made using Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover before the order is processed. You confirm that:

(c) You will pay all charges, including applicable taxes and fees.

Shipping, Delivery, Title, and Risk of Loss

Shipping: NextCanna will arrange for shipment based on your selected delivery options during checkout. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout and in your confirmation email.
Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss transfer to you once the product is handed over to the carrier. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed, and NextCanna is not liable for delays in shipment.

Returns and Refunds

Eligibility: Products, unless designated as non-returnable, may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they remain in their original condition.
Return Process: Email Info@TryNextCanna.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your item. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs and bear the risk of loss or damage during transit. We recommend using a traceable and insured shipping method.
Refunds: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned item and will be credited back to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Products: Products marked as non-returnable on the website are not eligible for refunds.

Limited Warranty

Product Warranty: NextCanna warrants that its products are free from material and workmanship defects and are manufactured in compliance with FDA [cGMP] standards. However, the products are not evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Warranty Period: The warranty period lasts for one year from the date of purchase. Remedies for defective products include replacement or refund, at NextCanna’s discretion.
